Bright Horizons Tooting Looking Glass Nursery and Preschool is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team in Tooting. You will support EYFS delivery through engaging activities, helping children reach key milestones while enjoying the security and benefits of being an employee.

With a Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience with children, you will thrive in a supportive team that values safeguarding and development.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
• Encourage development towards key milestones.
• Work as part of a team to complete day-to-day tasks, such as room tidying and preparation.
