About Early Years Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner for flexible opportunities in Barnsley. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification and Paediatric First Aid training.

You will support children's development from ages 0-5 by creating a nurturing environment and engaging in EYFS activities. This role offers temporary, ongoing positions with potential for long-term placements.

Competitive pay ranges between £14.24 - £15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent) required.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate necessary for newer qualifications.
• Good understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities.
• Encourage communication, independence, and social interaction.
