Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator for roles across Bristol. Flexible hours (Full-Time / Part-Time / Term-Time / Ad-Hoc) with pay options of £15.00–£18.00 per hour, immediate starts available.

You will deliver high-quality EYFS learning, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and support children’s development while building strong relationships with families and nursery staff.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (CACHE, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent) - Mandatory
• Previous professional experience working within a nursery or early years setting - Mandatory
• A minimum of 24 months of referenceable work history within the last 5 years - Mandatory
• Professional references provided from company/professional email addresses only - Mandatory
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
• Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures
