Job summary

Fakenham Academy is seeking Exam Invigilators to support the Exams Officer and ensure the smooth conduct of public examinations in line with JCQ regulations. This role is part-time, term-time only, and on a bank/adhoc basis, with flexible scheduling.

Invigilators must be available for main exams (May/June) and mocks; training is scheduled for 4 January 2027. Closing date is 5 October 2026 (12 noon) with interviews on 12 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Exam invigilators must be reliable, punctual and able to work discreetly during examinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Exams Officer and ensure the efficient conduct of public examinations in accordance with JCQ regulations.
• Work on a flexible basis at mutually agreed times, with availability for main exams (May/June) and mocks.
• Attend invigilator training on 4 January 2027 if shortlisted.
