Job summary

Step Forward Group is seeking reliable Event Day Staff to support weddings and other events on a flexible basis across partner venues. You will help with the general running and presentation of events, pour drinks, set tables, arrange spaces, and assist guests throughout the day.

This role offers variety and the chance to work at different venues. Shifts are flexible and suited to your availability, with opportunities to gain experience in events, hospitality, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Pouring and serving soft drinks and refreshments
• Setting tables before guests arrive
• Preparing and arranging event areas
• Assisting with cake cutting and distribution
• Helping prepare tables for different parts of the event
• Replenishing drinks and event supplies
• Assisting guests where required
• Helping keep event areas tidy and presentable
• Supporting venue staff with general event-day tasks
• Assisting with setting up and clearing event areas before and after functions
