Job summary

The Hospitality Club is seeking enthusiastic Events Staff to deliver memorable experiences at a variety of events in the Liverpool area. You will greet guests, help with setup and breakdown, serve where needed, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

This role suits those who enjoy a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service. Work is flexible with opportunities across corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and private parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is advantageous but training provided.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different roles as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide information, and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy the event.
• Setup & Breakdown: assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging furniture and décor.
• Serving Duties: may serve food/drinks or assist with table service while meeting dietary requirements.
• Crowd Management: help manage crowds and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Event Support: respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience.
• Post-Event Duties: tidy up and pack away equipment after the event.

As a member of the Events Staff, you’ll play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences to guests at a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and private parties. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly, provide information, and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy the event.
• Setup & Breakdown: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging furniture, setting tables, decorating, and preparing supplies.
• Serving Duties: Depending on the event, you may serve food and drinks, refill buffets, or assist with table service. Ensure guests’ dietary requirements and preferences are met.
• Crowd Management: Help manage crowds, guide guests, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Event Support: Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or requests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain a positive experience.
• Post-Event Duties: Assist with tidying up and packing away equipment after the event, leaving the venue as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different roles as required.
