The Society of St James in Southampton is seeking a dedicated role to support vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. You will manage a caseload, coordinate with partner agencies, and help service users improve daily living skills and sustain accommodation.

The role offers flexible working options and comprehensive induction, with the opportunity to contribute to a community-focused charity that values empowerment and independence for people in need.

Qualificações

• Experience/Knowledge of working with people with histories of homelessness, mental health problems and substance misuse.
• Experience of dealing with difficult and challenging behaviour.
• Understanding of equality and diversity, with respect to staff and service users.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and protection procedures and protocols for vulnerable adults.
