Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have experience of working with vulnerable people or in a residential setting.
• You will manage a case-load of clients and be committed to providing a good quality day-to-day service.
• You will be experienced in support planning, risk assessments and safeguarding vulnerable clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and provide day-to-day support.
• Promote harm minimisation and develop basic life skills and emotional support.
• Build positive working relationships with internal and external contacts and clients.
• Undertake support planning, risk assessments and safeguarding for vulnerable clients.
