Reed is seeking a flexible Employment Law professional to join a welcoming firm with a strong reputation. The role offers complete flexibility and exposure to varied tribunal matters, from drafting responses to preparing witness statements and bundles.

You will assist with early conciliation, manage disclosures, liaise with tribunals and clients, and support on settlements, hearings, invoicing, and weekly reporting, while engaging in ongoing legal research and training.

Responsabilités

• Review tribunal claims and draft responses.
• Assist with early conciliation/mediation matters.
• Deal with all aspects of document disclosure.
• Create tribunal bundles.
• Assist clients in preparing files for tribunal (gather witness statements, relevant documentation, etc.).
• Correspond with tribunals, claimants' representatives, and clients.
• Aim to achieve commercially favourable settlements for the client.
• Conduct preliminary hearings and case management hearings, where appropriate.
• Notify Insurance of relevant claims and updates, where appropriate.
• Invoicing where appropriate.
• Collate and oversee reports each week.
• Assist with and attend training sessions, where required.
• Legal research.
