Reed is seeking an Employment Law professional for a role offering full flexibility in a welcoming, reputable firm. The position involves reviewing tribunal claims, drafting responses, assisting with early conciliation, handling disclosure, and preparing bundles and witness statements.

You will liaise with tribunals and clients to secure favorable settlements and support training initiatives. Ideal candidates will have exposure to various aspects of tribunal work, document management, and client

Qualificações

• Legal research experience in Employment Law.
• Experience handling tribunal claims and drafting responses.
• Exposure to early conciliation/mediation matters.
• Experience with document disclosure and tribunal bundles.

• Reviewing tribunal claims and drafting appropriate responses
• Assisting clients with early conciliation/mediation matters
• Dealing with all aspects of document disclosure
• Creating tribunal bundles
• Assisting clients in preparing files for tribunal (gathering witness statements, relevant documentation, etc.)
• Corresponding with tribunals, claimants' representatives, and clients
• Achieving commercially favourable settlements for the client
• Conducting preliminary hearings and case management hearings, where appropriate
• Notifying Insurance of relevant claims and update, where appropriate
• Invoicing where appropriate
• Collate and oversee reports each week
• Assist with and attend training sessions, where required
• Legal research
