N Family Club is seeking a Flexi Educator for Stratford. This role covers nurseries as needed with flexible hours, supporting our learning through play approach and the N Curriculum. You’ll build strong relationships with parents and help ensure safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Cover nurseries when needed with flexible start and end times.
• Lead the 'learning through play' ethos and our N Curriculum with care.
• Follow daily routines and ensure smooth transitions from meals to naps to play.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
