N Family Club is seeking a Flexi Educator for Twickenham West to cover nurseries with flexible hours. You will lead with our learning-through-play approach, support children across age groups, and build strong relationships with parents while ensuring safeguarding standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (nursery/practitioner/educator)
• Safeguarding training desirable and to be updated regularly

Responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when needed with flexible start and end times
• Lead the learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum
• Follow daily routine and ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Promote child welfare and safeguarding procedures
