N Family Club in Blackheath, London, is seeking a Flexi Educator to spark creativity and support learning through play across all age groups. You’ll cover nurseries with flexible start and end times, help deliver the N Curriculum, follow daily routines, and build trusting relationships with parents.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Desirable safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update it.
• Genuine passion for education and changing children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when we need you, with flexible start/end times.
• Lead our learning-through-play ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow daily routines and ensure smooth transitions between activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
