Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to gain varied classroom experience on a supply basis across West Cornwall.

Opportunities available from one day a week to full-time, supporting schools within the Crofty Multi Academy Trust and other local trusts. Roles cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with access to a broad network of schools, dedicated local consultant support, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold, or be on track to achieve, QTS.
• Be passionate about making a difference in children’s education.
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply teaching across West Cornwall to support local schools.
• Adapt to multiple school settings across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed.
