Education World is recruiting a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work across nursery and primary settings in Gateshead. The role involves supporting children aged 0–5, delivering engaging activities and implementing the EYFS framework.

We offer flexible working patterns including nursery shifts, school hours, full-time and part-time opportunities, with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment and strong teamwork with staff and parents.

Qualifications

• A relevant Early Years qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years.
• Previous experience working with children in an early years or primary setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Paediatric First Aid is preferable, but not essential.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS.
