Bright Horizons Court Oak Nursery is hiring a flexible Bright Flex/Bank Practitioner to support EYFS delivery and child engagement. You will help children reach development milestones through engaging activities and assist with daily duties, including room tidying and preparation.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and safeguarding awareness. DBS checks are part of safer recruitment, with a supportive, inclusive environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities for children.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
• Work as part of a team to ensure children's welfare and safety.
