Job summary

Bright Horizons Didsbury is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. The nursery is Ofsted Outstanding and located in Didsbury Village, near bus and tram links.

You will support the EYFS, engage children in entertaining and educational activities, and help with daily tasks such as room tidying and preparation. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and relevant nursery experience are required, with safeguarding knowledge and adaptability essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar).
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in educational activities.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and development for all children.
