Job summary

Bright Horizons Countess of Chester is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support the delivery of the EYFS by engaging children in educational activities and helping them reach key milestones.

You should hold a Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, have experience with children in nursery settings, and possess strong communication skills with both children and adults.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
• Ability to communicate with children and adults.
• Safeguarding knowledge and understanding

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging activities.
• Encourage children’s development toward milestones.
• Work with team to complete day-to-day tasks and maintain a tidy environment.
• Assist with room preparation and general nursery duties.
