Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge in Dartford is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities and help with day-to-day tasks and room prep.

You will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, be passionate about learning through play, and be able to adapt to varied shifts. This role offers the benefits listed and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with nursery children and EYFS delivery.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities.
• Encourage child development towards milestones.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks including room tidying and preparation.
