Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Nursery is seeking a flexible practitioner to join the Bright Flex/Bank team in Caterham, Surrey. You will support colleagues with EYFS delivery by leading engaging, educational activities, helping children reach key milestones, and fostering a love of learning in a safe, caring setting.

You will collaborate with a wider team to complete daily tasks such as tidying rooms and preparing activities, while upholding safeguarding and promoting children’s

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable

Responsabilités
