Job summary

Bright Horizons is recruiting for a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at 24 St Swithin Street, Aberdeen. You will help deliver the Scottish Curriculum through engaging activities and support room preparation.

We welcome applicants with a full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification, a passion for making learning fun, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Scottish Curriculum through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
• Encourage development towards key milestones and assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
• Work as part of a larger team to provide a flexible bank/agency role with employee benefits.
