Job summary

Bright Horizons Astley is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support EYFS delivery, engage children with educational activities, and contribute to a warm, safe nursery environment.

Applicants should have a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, experience with children, and be comfortable using a variety of communication methods. We offer a 40% childcare discount for first child, enhanced parental leave, and access to a careers coach.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Nursery Practitioner roles or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with EYFS delivery by engaging children in educational activities.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
