Job summary

Bright Horizons Little Stars Day Nursery in Harwell is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. You will support EYFS delivery and engage children with fun, educational activities while contributing to daily tasks and room preparation.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in roles such as Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny or Childminder.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging and educational activities.
• Encourage children's development toward key milestones.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
