Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking a flexible Nursery Bank Practitioner to join the Bright Flex/Bank team. You will care for babies and children up to 5, engaging them with interactive play, reading, and activities that support development and milestone progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children ideal but not essential.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 with interactive play and reading.
• Support development towards milestones in a team setting.
• Assist with safeguarding and DBS checks as required.
