Job summary

Academics is seeking flexible Early Years Practitioners for adhoc and supply opportunities across Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Roles include Level 3, Level 2 and experienced Unqualified Practitioners, with hourly pay between £13 and £15 depending on qualifications and experience.

Flexible days, short-term and longer-term opportunities, and the chance to work across multiple nurseries in local settings are available to fit around your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0-5.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and caring.
• Able to adapt to different nursery environments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities.
• Building positive and nurturing relationships with children.
• Supporting children's personal care and daily routines.
• Encouraging communication, independence and social development.
