Job summary

Here To Help Recruitment is seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our flexible, temporary nursery teams across Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

The role offers hourly pay £16.65–£18.00, with opportunities for full-time or part-time placements, and will involve supporting daily nursery activities and observing children.

Candidates should have Level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications, an Enhanced DBS, and a genuine passion for early years.

Qualifications

• Childcare qualifications Level 2 or 3.
• Current Enhanced DBS check (assistance available).
• Genuine passion for early years and nursery care; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily care of children in the nursery.
• Engage children in educational and play activities.
• Support the Nursery Manager in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
• Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all children.
• Assist in implementing daily routines and activities.
• Contribute to observing and recording children's progress.
