Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Driving School Instructors across the UK. Join a 5-star rated driving school that trains you from zero to Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with a structured academy.

Expect typical earnings of £38 per hour, with potential to earn £50,000+ for full-time, flexible work. Instructors teach locally within 30 minutes of home, choose morning, evening or weekend slots, and benefit from a dedicated Training Academy covering DVSA Parts 1–3, plus access to a variety of car

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required, held 3+ years.
• Willingness to train under DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to reach driving test readiness.
• Follow a structured DVSA training pathway.
• Provide safe, patient instruction and constructive feedback.
