Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting nationwide to become a Driving Instructor. You’ll train from scratch with our Training Academy and progress to Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) status, with a generous earning potential and flexible hours.

Earn around £38 per hour for lessons, and many instructors reach £39k–£50k+ per year by working part‑time or full‑time. No prior instructing experience required—just reliability, people skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• No more than 5 penalty points in the last 5 years.
• No bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient and good at communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners after training.
• Help learners progress through DVSA road to test stages.
• Provide structured coaching and feedback to improve driving skills.
