Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting driving instructors nationwide. No prior instructing experience is required; you’ll be trained to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with full support from our academy.

You can earn around £38 per hour with typical lessons, and working 32–40 hours weekly can yield up to £39k–£50k+ per year. Flexible schedule and local work help optimise balance and income.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and assess progress throughout training.
• Provide instruction and support through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 stages.
• Deliver driving lessons locally within 30 minutes of home and manage a small diary.
