Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Driving School Instructors to join a nationwide network across the UK. You’ll be trained from the start and guided through the ADI pathway, with flexible scheduling to fit your diary.

Typical rates and earning potential reflect £38 per hour for lessons, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000+ annually as you grow your client base and take on more hours. Training fees are paid back after a year of teaching with us.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Train to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) through the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training route.
• Provide local driving lessons, typically within 30 minutes of home, to build skills and confidence.
• Deliver high-quality instruction to help learners pass the DVSA tests and gain independence.
• Support learners with lesson planning and safety to maximise progress and outcomes.
