Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking Domiciliary Care Workers for Walkers & Passengers in the Abergavenny area. You will provide high-quality in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and travel between visits on foot or as a passenger.

This role offers flexibility with agency shifts and routes for walkers and passengers. Competitive pay of £14.75–£15.25 per hour, with travel time paid between client visits, and opportunities to work across a variety of local clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ UK care or support experience.
• Experience with moving and handling and the use of hoists.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Social Care Wales (SCW) registration, where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support in clients’ own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and light household tasks.
• Support clients with mobility, moving and handling, including the safe use of hoists and other specialist equipment where required.
• Administer medication where trained and authorised.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records.
• Travel between client visits on foot or as a passenger, depending on your allocated route.
