Access Your Care Ltd. is hiring Adult Care Workers to provide in-home support across the Weston-super-Mare area.

You will assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks, while delivering companionship and high-quality support to clients in their own homes. The role includes structured shifts with 07:00-14:00 and 16:00-22:00 slots, paid training, and travel time between clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Empathy and patience when working with adults needing care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and organized with good time management.

Responsibilities
