Job summary

Angard Staffing is hiring for a Royal Mail Delivery Driver at the Bracknell Delivery Office. The role combines driving a Royal Mail van with doorstep delivery of letters and parcels, and you will walk parts of your route as required.

These are flexible, temporary positions with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will need a full, manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points, the stamina to walk long distances, and the ability to work shifts that may start early.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so you must adapt at short notice.
• Pass a driving assessment at start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot along your route.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and remain active throughout the day.
• Securely deliver all items and handle election materials in line with policy.
