Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible postal delivery drivers. You will be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels and staying active throughout the day.

The role involves driving a Royal Mail van, walking parts of the route, and handling election materials with adherence to business standards. Flexible shifts and outdoor work are essential features of the job.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, and to lift up to 16 kg mailbag.
• Shifts can vary; must be flexible and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels to your community, in all weather.
• Safely drive the Royal Mail van and complete route on foot as needed.
