Job summary

Angard Recruitment is recruiting for Royal Mail as Post Person with Driving in the Glasgow area. You will drive a delivery van and deliver letters and parcels across your community, while also walking parts of your route to complete deliveries.

Daily work includes handling and delivering various items, including election materials, with emphasis on safety, accuracy and excellent service. Shifts are flexible to fit around your lifestyle and community needs.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk 20,000 steps a day, carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels to communities on your route.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and walk parts of your route.
• Ensure secure delivery and handle election materials and other items per standards.
