Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking flexible (temporary) delivery drivers to join the Angard staffing team in the UK. You’ll deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot in your local area, providing reliable service in all weather.

Shifts vary and pay rates range by time of day (£13.69–£16.44 per hour). A full, manual UK driving licence with ≤6 points and good physical fitness are required, with adaptability to busy workloads.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; must be flexible to short notice.

Responsibilities

• Drive your delivery round and deliver letters and parcels to customers.
• Offer reliable service in all weather while keeping to safety standards.
• Ensure items reach recipients and assist with election materials handling where required.
