Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring as flexible Post Person with Driving via Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd in the UK. You will deliver letters and parcels, partly on foot and partly in a van, providing friendly, reliable service in your community.

Roles are temporary with potential to become permanent. You must be able to pass a driving assessment and work various shifts with pay ranging across different shifts.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of your round, on foot and by van.
• Ensure items reach their destination safely and on time, in all weather conditions.
• Pass a driving assessment on start and maintain high service standards.
