Gold Education Recruitment is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors for daily supply across Chelmsford and surrounding areas. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared materials, and support students without planning or marking.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged students is beneficial.
• Confidence in managing a classroom and delivering pre-prepared materials.
• Excellent communication and positive approach to student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and monitor student engagement.
• Maintain classroom order and support students as needed.
