Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Children with Disabilities social worker for a South West council. The role offers 3 days on site with a flexible 2 days remote, supporting vulnerable children and complex disabilities knowledge.

You will work with families and carers, manage CP/LAC/Court work, and conduct family visits. A stable contract and regular payroll are highlighted, with a rate of £42 per hour plus expenses.

Qualifications

• 3 years PQE required to be considered for agency roles across England.
• Sound knowledge of complex disabilities is essential for this specialised role.
• Experience working with Children with Disabilities (CWD) and vulnerable children.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside families and carers to support outcomes.
• Manage a caseload of CWD cases including CP, LAC and Court Work.
• Conduct family visits and complete required assignments.
