The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting Cover Supervisors to join the JTMAT Bank Staff Pool for September 2026 across a number of secondary schools.

Roles available across full-time, part-time and flexible arrangements with start ASAP and ongoing opportunities. This is an ideal entry point for those seeking experience in education, graduates exploring teaching as a career, or experienced Cover Supervisors looking for flexible work.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people is desirable.
• Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively and professionally.
• Adaptable, organised and reliable approach.
• Genuine interest in supporting students and schools.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsabilités

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students with their learning while maintaining high expectations.
• Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times.
