• Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor or in a similar secondary school role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.
• Ensure students complete the work set by the class teacher.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
