Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a calm, productive classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Support students with queries and encourage engagement in learning activities.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues encountered.
