Aspire People seeks a flexible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in local Lincoln secondary schools. The role supports teachers during short-term absences, supervises pupil work and maintains classroom order. Hours are 8:30 to 3:30, with flexibility to fit around other commitments.

• Supervise work set for pupils and ensure completion.
• Manage pupil behaviour in line with school policies.
• Respond to emergencies according to school procedures.
• Provide in-class support and assist with other duties as needed (lunch, registrations, detentions, reception).
