Qualifications

• Experience with secondary-aged students or similar roles.
• Confident classroom presence and behaviour management.
• Clear and effective communication with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects during teacher absences.
• Ensure students stay on task with pre-set work and maintain discipline.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies and support learning.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on engagement and conduct.
• Support students in understanding instructions and staying engaged.
