Aspire People is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to support a range of secondary schools in Ealing and surrounding areas. You will supervise pre-set lessons, maintain orderly classrooms, and adapt to multiple schools with flexible day-to-day bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or working within a classroom setting is desirable.
• Confident managing behaviour in unfamiliar classrooms.
• Flexible, reliable and adaptable across different schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-set lessons and cover work set by the class teacher.
• Maintain a calm, structured and positive classroom environment.
• Manage pupil behaviour in line with each school's policies and procedures.
• Quickly adapt to different school settings, routines and year groups.
• Support pupils' learning and wellbeing throughout the school day.
• Liaise professionally with school staff and leadership on arrival.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school-specific policies at all times.
