Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support TMET partner schools in Leicestershire. Roles start in November with short-term or long-term placements and flexible day-to-day supply opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have strong classroom management, experience with young people, and reliability to adapt to a fast-paced school environment. DBS checks are required or to be pursued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Resilience and adaptability to work in fast-paced situations.
• A proactive and reliable approach.
• A full enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
• Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any behavioural incidents.
