The Supply Register Ltd. is inviting qualified Cover Supervisors to support TMET schools across Leicestershire, with placements starting ASAP. Roles may be short-term or long-term, depending on school needs and availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and the confidence to work with young people.
• Resilience and adaptability to work in fast-paced situations.
• A proactive and reliable approach.
• A full enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsabilités

• Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
• Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any behavioural incidents.
