Abbey Multi Academy Trust and Dixons Academies Trust are seeking confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Armley area of Leeds. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, and help maintain a calm, productive learning environment.

• Experience working with young people in schools or youth settings.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Flexible to work across different schools, subjects and settings.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise classes during teacher absences and keep students on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and structured classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students with their learning where appropriate.
• Report concerns to teaching staff or senior leaders.
• Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups and school settings.
