Job summary

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team and support schools across Leeds and Wakefield. We have a range of daily supply, short term and longer term opportunities available, with the flexibility to work around your availability.

Pay is £90 to £110 per day. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role, including DBS checks where required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
• Confidence managing and supervising classes
• Strong classroom management skills
• Reliable, professional and approachable
• Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
• A genuine interest in supporting students and schools

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils in lessons and maintain discipline
• Follow teacher's lesson plans and instructions
• Support learning and behaviour management
• Liaise with school staff and local consultants
