Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Computing Teacher near Royston to deliver engaging KS3/KS4 lessons and support ICT delivery across local schools. You will adapt teaching to diverse learners and maintain a positive classroom environment.

Whether covering day-to-day or long-term placements, you will contribute to curriculum delivery and collaborative planning with school departments and attend parent evenings as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status or UK-recognised equivalent.
• Strong classroom management with adaptability across settings.
• Specialist knowledge in Computing, Computer Science or ICT for KS3/KS4.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Computing/ICT lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Create a safe, productive classroom aligned with school policies.
• Differentiate for SEND and diverse learning needs.
• Leave clear handover notes for day-to-day cover.
• For long-term roles: plan, assess, and participate in meetings.
